Exercise Log

5/28/13 50 minute walk/run with Sean on his bike.  Mostly a walk, I ran around 3/4 mile at the beginning then lost my steam on a big hill and never re-steamed.  I did sprint a very short one at the end.

5/30/13 Walk with Lonnie and Sean

6/2/13 45min weight lifting with Lonnie... love when we has me in training mode!! That boy is rough!
1 hour of walking Butters in the evening

6/1/13 50 min Run/Walk (Week 4 Day 1 of Runmeter 5k program)... had to walk a little during the 5 minute intervals but it was REALLY hot and humid
